Get the complete housing price
ProHireX works with multiple clients, so there is no single weekly accommodation price. Most placements have a weekly charge. Free accommodation is limited to selected high-level roles, such as engineering, when confirmed in the offer.
- What is the weekly charge, and when does it start?
- Are utilities included? Is a deposit required, and what are the return conditions?
- Is the charge paid separately or deducted from salary?
- Are there any other fees, and can I receive all terms in writing?
Check the room and commute
Confirm the room type and daily journey before making travel plans. A company car or electric bicycle may be arranged depending on the placement; ask about availability, charges and who can use it.
- Is the room private or shared, and how many people share the facilities?
- How far is accommodation from the workplace?
- Does transport work with early, late or night shifts?
- If applying as a couple, are two suitable jobs and shared accommodation available?
Compare pay and recurring costs
Compare offers over the same period. Ask whether the advertised salary is gross or net and what hours and allowances it assumes. List accommodation, insurance and transport costs separately so you do not count a deduction twice. Do not treat overtime or shift allowances as guaranteed unless confirmed.
Ask what happens if the assignment ends
Before accepting, ask about housing notice periods, moving-out arrangements and what happens if the job ends or the start date changes. Keep a copy of the confirmed terms. If an essential detail is missing, contact ProHireX before booking your journey.
