Operate production equipment in a modern packaging facility, working in folding and die-cutting departments.
Prepare machines, set operating parameters and adjust settings during production. Carry out basic maintenance, address minor technical faults and keep production records accurate. Coordinate with maintenance staff and other production teams to support efficient operations.
You need two to three years of technical machine-operating experience, preferably with paper or carton packaging. Mechanical or electrical knowledge is essential, along with communicative English and the ability to work independently and cooperatively.
The standard advertised working week is 40 hours. The normal two-shift pattern runs 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00; a three-shift option may be available. The offer includes a shift allowance, meal vouchers of €7 gross per working day and reimbursement of up to €250 for initial travel to Belgium. A positive assessment after four weeks can lead to a pay increase. The environment focuses on sustainable packaging and technically skilled production.
