Nationwide precast-concrete projects offer roles for concrete workers, wooden mould makers, process operators, assembly workers and steel fixers. Position moulds from working drawings, install embedded parts and reinforcement, pour concrete and finish surfaces. After curing, remove moulds and prepare completed elements for transport, checking quality and following safety procedures.
Civil-concrete experience is advantageous, particularly on industrial or apartment projects. Motivation and willingness to learn are important. Applicants should understand working drawings and be willing to work at different Dutch locations. Basic English or Dutch is preferred.
Long-term work is offered for a 40-hour advertised week. Initial net pay is €560–€580 weekly, rising to €600 after six to eight months and €620 after two years; strong performance or existing skills may bring earlier increases. A free private room is provided. Rental transport can be organised, and support is available for VCA, BSN registration, other certificates and further training.
Eligibility: EU citizenship is required.
