Long-term modular-housing projects offer two types of work. General handymen assemble and maintain building components, carrying out basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing tasks. Concrete workers pour and finish concrete in prepared moulds and assist with formwork and reinforcing steel. Both roles involve quality checks, repairs where required and maintaining an organised workplace.
Applicants need at least two years of construction-site experience, their own transport, and English or German communication skills. The work suits motivated people comfortable with a fast-paced environment and a long-term commitment.
Projects are located in Germany and the Netherlands. The advertised working week is 40 hours. Pay is €13 net per hour after deductions, including travel, with weekly payments. Accommodation with a single sleeping room and health insurance are provided.
