Install flat roofing systems on commercial and residential projects across Belgium. Work with bitumen, PVC and EPDM, fit insulation and waterproofing materials, and seal or weld joints. Interpret plans and collaborate safely with colleagues on rooftops.
Applicants need at least one year of flat-roofing experience, confidence working at heights and the ability to handle heavy materials. A VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one is required. Safe working practices, motivation, discipline and teamwork are important. English at approximately B1 level is advertised.
The standard schedule is 40 hours weekly. The advertised salary is €3,400 gross monthly, with final pay dependent on experience and qualifications and payments made weekly. Long-term projects at multiple locations are offered. Accommodation and transport are provided or supported, with structured onboarding and ongoing coordination.
