Requirements
Recruitment experience is an advantage. You need Microsoft Office skills, effective written and spoken English, empathy, self-motivation and a proactive approach. C1 English and EU citizenship are required.
Working arrangements and pay
This is fully remote work with flexible hours and a variable workload. Commission is €300 for each successfully placed candidate, with an additional bonus after 100 placements in a year. Year-round projects cover different occupations and countries. A direct employment arrangement with fixed pay, bonuses and training may also be possible.
