Join a modern pig-production facility for ongoing farm work under a self-employment arrangement.
Feed pigs and piglets, clean housing, replenish bedding and maintain hygienic facilities. Monitor sows and young animals, move them safely between sections, and assist with vaccinations or castration when required and supervised. Follow biosecurity procedures and daily instructions.
Previous pig-farming or animal-care experience is required. Communicative English, physical fitness, discipline and teamwork are important. A valid passport is required. Category B and tractor licences, along with knowledge of animal-treatment procedures, are advantages.
The rate is €16 per hour before fiscal charges. At least 40 hours weekly, planned shifts and one day off are advertised. Successful candidates initially receive a three-month arrangement after a paid 14-day trial, with longer-term opportunities. The model is Swedish self-employment, with administrative registration support. Accommodation includes an individual bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and Wi-Fi near the farm. Bedding and some work clothing are provided; trousers and shoes are excluded. Travel is covered for assignments shorter than one year.
