Prepare moulds and materials, laminate polyester boat parts and use resins and composites throughout production. Apply vacuum methods when required, sand and fill components, complete repairs and finishing, and inspect the final products. Maintain moulds and follow drawings and work instructions.
Requirements
At least one year of professional boat-laminating experience is mandatory. Understand composite materials and lamination techniques, work accurately and independently, and be physically comfortable with production tasks. B1 English is required.
Employment terms
Pay is €17.50 gross/hour, with indicative earnings around €520 net weekly. The Zwartsluis role is full time, performed indoors, and offers a stable, long-term opportunity.
