Are you an experienced Industrial Sandblaster with a strong eye for quality and safety? We are looking for a skilled professional to join an industrial company specialized in the treatment and protective coating of silos, trailers, semi-trailers and metal constructions.
🔧 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess and prepare metal surfaces before treatment
- Set up and operate professional blasting equipment
- Blast silos, trailers, metal constructions and components
- Achieve the required surface cleanliness and roughness
- Inspect the quality of blasted surfaces
- Safely use climbing and scaffolding equipment when required
- Accurately record working hours
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
✅ REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial sandblasting
- Experience blasting metal surfaces and constructions
- Physically fit and comfortable with demanding work
- Able to work independently and responsibly
- Strong safety awareness
- High attention to detail and quality
🎁 WHAT WE OFFER
- €19.00 gross/hour
- Approx. €600 net/week
- Stable, long-term industrial position
- Weekly salary – every Thursday
- Phase 1/2 contract under the NBBU CAO
- After 52 worked weeks → Phase 3 contract

- 👥 Accommodation shared with 2–15 residents
- 🔧 Technical positions usually receive a single room
- 🏭 Production positions usually receive a double room
- 🏥 Health insurance: €38.05/week
- 🔑 Refundable key deposit: €30
- 🥾 Safety shoes contribution: €25 one-time (or bring your own compliant safety shoes)
