Support meat production in Boxtel across packing, facilities, cleaning or cutting-room departments. Duties may include sorting and packing meat into boxes, organising work clothing, cleaning between lines, supplying empty crates, moving filled crates and hanging hams on hooks. Department allocation follows production needs.
Requirements
Factory-production experience is mandatory, preferably in food or meat. B1 English and a criminal-record document or reference letter are required. Applicants must be comfortable handling unprocessed meat and performing standing, physical work around 5–7°C. Flexible start times, shared accommodation and separate shifts from a partner must be acceptable. A food-industry health check is arranged before starting.
Employment terms
Pay is €14.99 gross hourly for a standard 36-hour week, typically 06:00–14:12 or 14:12–22:24. Saturday work is expected in about 30 weeks annually. Night and weekend premiums apply, with weekday overtime at 125% and Sunday work at 180%. An 8% gross holiday allowance is paid with weekly wages.
