🔧 EXPERIENCED ELEVATOR FITTERS WANTED!
We are looking for experienced Elevator Fitters to join the installation and service team of a major international elevator company, working with globally recognized elevator systems.
This is a long-term opportunity of 6+ months for skilled professionals with a strong technical background and experience in elevator installation or servicing.
🛠️ YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install elevator components inside shafts
- Install guides, doors and other shaft components
- Assemble elevator motors and electrical components
- Install and mount doors, cabins and counterweights
- Perform final assembly and installation work
- Assist with inspections and resolve minor malfunctions
- Carry out preventive maintenance and service visits
- Respond to breakdowns and perform troubleshooting
- Carry out minor repairs to ensure proper operation
- Work according to strict safety and quality standards
✅ REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years of experience in elevator installation or servicing
- Strong knowledge of electricity and electrical engineering
- VCA certification – required
- NEN-3140 – an advantage
- Safety-oriented and professional attitude
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Comfortable working with digital and electronic tools
- English: minimum B1/B2 level
💶 SALARY & BENEFITS
- 🔥 €700–€800 NET / WEEK
- 💰 €20–€25 gross/hour, depending on experience
- 📅 Weekly salary payments
- 💳 First salary at the end of the second working week
- 📆 Payments every Thursday
- ⏰ 40 hours/week

- ️ Company vehicle is primarily for work-related travel, with limited private use depending on the arrangements
📄 CONTRACT
- Temporary agency contract – Phase 1/2
- Contract provided electronically before starting
- Available in your own language, English or Dutch
- Possibility to progress to a more stable contract after the initial phase
