Pick food orders in fresh, freezer or other distribution departments in Waalwijk. Follow English or Dutch voice-picking instructions, move and load food pallets using an EPT, report product defects and clean the working area. Fresh work may include reassignment to the freezer. Temperatures range from about 4–6°C to -15–-25°C; warm clothing and safety shoes are supplied.
Requirements
Previous order-picking, freezer-warehouse and EPT driving experience are mandatory. Applicants need a CV, B2 English, good calculation and computer skills, accuracy and the physical ability to handle heavy packages and temperature changes. Long-term availability and flexibility with overtime are required.
Employment terms
Pay starts at €14.99 gross hourly. Supplements are listed at €1.22 hourly for specified deep-freezer temperatures and €0.50 for cool departments. Work runs Monday–Saturday in shifts of 06:00–15:00 or 15:00–00:00. Overtime and Sunday or holiday work may be needed when demand is high.
