Are you an experienced Orbital Welder looking for a technically challenging position in the Netherlands?
We are looking for a skilled professional to join a modern, high-tech production facility manufacturing precision hose systems and assemblies for industries where quality, reliability and cleanliness are essential.
This is not standard production welding. You will work with advanced manufacturing technologies, including automated welding systems, robotics, lasers and 3D printing technology. 🤖⚙️🔥
🔥 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform professional orbital welding according to strict quality standards
- Produce prototypes and first production runs of high-quality hose assemblies
- Manufacture precision products in a clean, controlled environment
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Work closely with engineers on new product designs
- Evaluate prototypes and provide technical feedback
- Identify opportunities to improve products and production processes
- Work with advanced automated welding equipment
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, cleanliness and quality
- Contribute to the development of innovative production solutions

✅ REQUIREMENTS
- ️ Minimum 2 years of proven orbital welding experience
- ️ Technical education at MBO level or comparable practical experience
- ️ Ability to independently read technical drawings
- ️ Good digital/computer skills
- ️ Accurate and structured working method
- ️ Strong focus on quality and precision
- ️ Proactive and technically minded
- ️ Willing to learn and further develop your skills
- ️ English – minimum B1 level
- ➕ Experience with TIG welding is an advantage
- ➕ Experience as a structural fitter is also an advantage
- 💰 SALARY & CONDITIONS
- 💶 €680 NET per week
- ⏰ Based on 40 working hours/week

🏠 ACCOMMODATION
- 🏡 Accommodation is arranged in a well-equipped shared house
- 🛏️ You will have your own single room
- 💶 Accommodation costs approximately €167–€200/week, depending on the assignment
- 🩺 Health insurance: €38.49/week
🚗 TRANSPORT
- 🚘 Using your own car?
- You can receive a travel allowance of €0.23/km.
- 🚗 Company car provided?
- There are no additional transportation costs – work-related expenses are covered.
📄 CONTRACT
- 📧 You will receive your employment contract by email before arrival and complete the signing process at the office.
- 📑 You start with a Phase A contract, which can last up to 78 weeks.
- 🤝 If you, the agency and the client are satisfied with the cooperation, there may be an opportunity to receive a direct contract with the company.
- 💳 Your first salary is paid during the second working week, followed by weekly payments.
