Install plumbing and heating on commercial and public-building projects, including offices, hospitals and shops. Fit water, drainage, rainwater, sanitary and central-heating systems; interpret drawings, test completed installations and coordinate safely with other trades. Duties depend on the project.
Requirements
At least two years of plumbing, heating or commercial-installation experience, independent drawing-reading ability and experience with Mapress or comparable press-fit systems. VCA certification or willingness to obtain it is required. Technical training is preferred; some assignments need a certificate for work at height. Copper bending, soldering, heat pumps, underfloor heating, ventilation and welding are useful additional skills. English at B1 level.
Pay and conditions
Advertised €630–€670 net per week. Normally 40 hours weekly, 07:00–15:45, with coffee and lunch breaks. Overtime is generally unavailable. accommodation (costs confirmed per placement) is offered, with long-term assignments and potential pay improvement after successful performance.
