For one of our major clients, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Maintenance Specialist (Electric Motors) to work at a large industrial site in IJmuiden.

⚙️ YOUR ROLE
As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for electric motors used throughout the industrial site, with a strong focus on maintenance, reliability and continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining electric motors across the site
- Monitoring equipment reliability and technical condition
- Supporting the analysis and resolution of failures and technical malfunctions
- Identifying opportunities to improve equipment performance and reliability
- Contributing to technical improvement and sustainability projects
- Working closely with maintenance teams and other technical disciplines
- Helping ensure installations operate safely and efficiently
🎯 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Technical education or professional background in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Experience with or strong technical knowledge of electric motors
- Minimum 2 years of recent maintenance experience in an industrial or technical environment
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented attitude
- Willingness to further develop your technical expertise
- Ability to work effectively with different technical teams
- English language skills of at least B1 level
💼 WHAT WE OFFER
- 💰 €580 – €650 NET per week, depending on knowledge and experience
- 💳 Salary paid weekly
- 🏠 Accommodation arranged approximately 9 km from the workplace
- 📍 Housing available for approximately €150/week with no housing deposit
- 🏥 Health insurance approximately €40/week
- 🚗 Agency car available for €5/day, or a travel allowance may apply if you use your own car
- 📄 Regular Phase A contract

- 🏠 ACCOMMODATION & PRACTICAL INFORMATION
- Accommodation is arranged in houses, usually in a double room. Single rooms are limited and mainly available for technical/skilled candidates.
- The first salary is paid at the end of the second working week, after which salary payments are weekly.
- 🚗 If you use an agency car, the cost is €5 per day and a fuel card is provided. Private use is not permitted.
- If you use your own car, a travel allowance may be available depending on the client, usually around €0.23/km.
