Work in an industrial facility producing fans and electric motors. Complete preliminary and final assembly of units, finished devices and controls. Press shafts and wheels into place, assemble motors and wind components. Supply manufacturing machinery and circuit boards, load and unload parts at the KTL coating line, and prepare components for production. Move between workstations while maintaining a steady pace and following safety procedures.
Requirements
German at A2 level or native/fluent Romanian. Industrial-production or related practical experience is an advantage; vocational metalworking or electrical training is helpful. Attention to detail, concentration and physical fitness are required. Be willing to share accommodation and work different shifts from your partner.
Pay and conditions
Pay starts at €17.37 gross per hour. Two shifts run 05:00–13:30 and 13:30–22:00. Employment is under German law with social insurance. Shift supervisors, team leaders and foremen provide practical training.
