Are you an experienced CNC Miller looking for a stable, long-term opportunity in the Netherlands? We are looking for a skilled professional with experience using Siemens or WinMax (Hurco) controls to produce high-quality plastic components, from individual pieces to larger production series.
🔧 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- ⚙️ Independently set up and operate CNC machining centres
- 📐 Mill plastic components according to technical drawings
- 🔍 Check dimensions, tolerances and finished-product quality
- 💻 Discuss potential NC program improvements with the programmer
- 🛠️ Perform minor machine maintenance and repairs
- 🧹 Maintain a clean, safe and organized workplace
- 🤝 Participate in shift handovers and weekly team meetings
✅ REQUIREMENTS
- ️ Minimum 2 years of CNC milling experience
- ️ Experience with Siemens or WinMax (Hurco) controls
- ️ 5-axis CNC experience is strongly preferred
- ️ Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- ️ English language – minimum B1 level
- ️ Accurate, motivated and technically minded
- ️ Able to set up and work independently
- ️ Willing to work in a 2-shift system
🕐 WORKING HOURS
- 🌅 Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:30
- 🌆 Afternoon shift: 14:20 – 22:50
- 📅 40 hours per week, with possible overtime
💰 SALARY & BENEFITS
- 💶 €610 NET per week based on 40 hours
- 🏠 Salary stated is after tax and accommodation deduction
- 💳 Salary paid weekly on Wednesdays
- 📆 First salary paid in the second working week
- 🏖️ Approximately €1/hour reserved, paid when taking leave or when employment ends

📄 CONTRACT
- Your employment contract will be sent by email before arrival and signed again at the office.
- You will initially work under a Phase A contract for up to 78 weeks. If the cooperation is successful and all parties are satisfied, there may be an opportunity to receive a direct contract with the client company. 🤝
