Operate automated dairy production and packaging lines in Leerdam. Start, run and stop machinery to operating procedures, monitor flow, temperature and pressure through HMI controls, resolve first-line technical problems and carry out quality checks. Oversee cleaning-in-place processes and record production results, deviations and maintenance in the ERP system.
Requirements
An MBO level 3 or 4 technical qualification in process or food technology is required. Food, pharmaceutical or chemical-industry experience is preferred. Applicants need knowledge of HACCP and hygiene, an aptitude for PLC systems and mechanical equipment, and accuracy and responsibility. Dutch or English communication is required; B1 English is required. You must accept three- or five-shift rotation and shared accommodation.
Employment terms
Pay starts at €17.78 gross hourly plus shift allowances. The package lists 13th-month pay, pension, travel reimbursement and opportunities for employer-funded VAPRO or specialist dairy-technology training. Work takes place in a clean, technologically advanced production environment.
