We are currently recruiting skilled BMW Car Mechanics for professional automotive workshops in the Netherlands.
💰 SALARY & CONTRACT OPTIONS
- Regular employment: €600–€650 NET per 40 hours
- A1 / ZZP: €30–€35 per hour
- 40 hours per week

🔧 WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Diagnose and work with vehicle computer and electronic systems
- Carry out routine servicing and component inspections
- Repair and replace defective or worn components
- Work with professional diagnostic equipment
- Perform functional checks after repairs
- Ensure vehicles are safe and technically reliable
👨🔧 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 3 years of professional automotive experience
- Relevant BMW experience
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic vehicle systems
- Good diagnostic skills and experience with diagnostic equipment
- Relevant automotive vocational education/certification
- Ability to work independently and accurately
- English at minimum A2 level
- Driving licence preferred, but not mandatory
- Own car preferred – car rental is available
🏠 ACCOMMODATION
- Regular employment contract: accommodation (costs confirmed per placement)
- A1 / ZZP single room: €170, €225 or €250/week
- A1 / ZZP double room: €280/week
- Shared houses/apartments, generally 3–4 people per property
- No deposit required
🚗 TRANSPORT
- Car rental: €125/week when driving alone
- €62.50/week per person when shared by 2+ people
- Private use up to 50 km/week
- Travel allowance on Dutch contracts varies by company, usually around €0.23/km
- No travel allowance for A1 / ZZP
- 📄 CONTRACT OPTIONS
- 🇳🇱 Regular agency contract – employment through
- OR
- A1 / ZZP contract – candidates must have their own registered company/business
- Contracts are generally provided during the candidate’s starting week after the test day and are currently available in English and Polish.
- 🩺 Health insurance: €39.96/week
- 💳 Salary: Paid weekly from the second week, normally on Thursday or Friday
- 🔒 No deposits
