This position combines forklift operation, order picking, material handling, loading/unloading and general warehouse activities.

📦 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, EPTs and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Transport, stack and retrieve goods from warehouse and high-rack storage areas
- Pick and prepare orders using handheld scanners, pick lists or voice-picking systems
- Load outgoing trucks and unload incoming containers
- Check deliveries against documentation and inspect goods for transport damage
- Receive incoming goods and scan products into the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Place materials in their designated warehouse locations
- Perform inventory checks and verify product codes and quantities
- Wrap, band, label and prepare pallets for transportation
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment
- 🕐 WORKING HOURS – 2-SHIFT SYSTEM
- 🌅 Early Shift: 05:00 – 13:30
- 🌆 Late Shift: 13:30 – 22:00
- 🎯 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Valid forklift certificate
- Experience operating forklifts and/or other warehouse equipment
- Warehouse, logistics or industrial production experience is an advantage
- Minimum German A2 OR native/fluent Romanian
- English is not required
- Physically fit and comfortable with active warehouse work
- Strong attention to detail and concentration
- Responsible and safety-conscious working attitude
- Willingness to work in a rotating two-shift system
- Willingness to share accommodation
- Couples must be willing to work different shifts when required
- 🎓 TRAINING & EMPLOYMENT
- 🤝 Comprehensive on-the-job training provided by supervisors, team leaders and foremen
- 📄 Legal full-time, fixed-term German employment contract
- 🛡️ Full social insurance included
- ⏱️ Minimum 151 paid hours guaranteed per month, even if fewer hours are available
- 📊 Employees work approximately 173 hours/month on average
- 📅 First 6 months are a probationary period
🏠 ACCOMMODATION
- 🏡 Accommodation arranged in houses or hotels
- 💶 Accommodation cost: €91/week
- 🛏️ 2 people share a room
- 🍳 Houses have shared kitchens and bathrooms
- 📍 Accommodation is usually located within approximately 30 km of the workplace
- 💰 €44 deposit, reimbursed when staying longer than six months
🚗 TRANSPORT
- 🚘 Company cars are provided to designated drivers
- ⛽ Fuel costs are paid/shared by employees
- 🤝 Coordinators assist with organising transportation and splitting fuel costs
- 💰 SALARY & PRACTICAL INFORMATION
- 📅 Salary is paid on the 15th of each new month
- 💶 After the first two weeks, employees may request a €60 weekly advance payment
- 🏥 Health insurance contribution: approximately 7.8%, with the exact amount depending on individual circumstances
