Job Description & Responsibilities
As a Mixer, your primary responsibility is producing specialized sealant used for sealing kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and more.
- Production Tasks: Mix various powders in a large kettle to create the sealant compound.
- Physical Requirements: The work is physically demanding and heavy, requiring you to regularly lift large bags weighing approximately 20 kg.

You will work in a 2-shift rotating schedule:
- Early Shift: 06:00 – 14:30
- Late Shift: 14:30 – 23:00
In addition to the gross hourly base, you will receive:
- ADV Allowance (4.43%): + €0.73
- Shift Allowance (14%): + €2.31
- Total Hourly Rate: €19.56 gross per hour
Candidate Requirements
- Professional Background: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience working as a production operator or mixer.
- Physical Strength: Capable of handling heavy physical work and lifting bags up to 20 kg.
- Compliance: Willingness to strictly adhere to safety protocols, including wearing specialized protective suits and masks.
- Application Document: A current CV must be submitted in advance for client screening and formal approval.
- Partner and Accommodation: Willing to share a room and common areas with other tenants.
