🤖 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a Welding Robot Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating and monitoring modern robotic welding systems while maintaining high production and quality standards.
- Set up and operate welding robots
- Monitor the robotic welding process and production quality
- Inspect finished welds for defects and imperfections
- Make corrections manually using TIG and/or MIG/MAG welding when required and qualified
- Ensure accurate and consistent production
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Work independently while cooperating with a professional production team
🕐 WORKING HOURS
- ☀️ Standard day shift: 07:15 – 16:25
- During busy periods, a two-shift system may apply:
- Shift 1: 07:15 – 16:25
- Shift 2: 16:25 – 01:35
🎯 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating welding robots
- Experience with Yaskawa Motoman is a strong advantage
- TIG and/or MIG/MAG welding experience is an advantage
- Independent, accurate and quality-focused working style
- Strong awareness of workplace safety
- English language skills of at least B1 level

- 📄 Employment under Dutch law – Phase A contract
- 📅 Initial Phase A contract of 78 weeks
