We are looking for a skilled Train Electrician / Mechanic to join Brouwer Technology, a growing company specialized in the service, maintenance, and modernization of train sets.
💰 What we offer
- 💶 €580 NET per week based on 40 hours
- 📈 Increase to €600 NET/week after 2–3 months, depending on performance
- ⏱️ Overtime: +€6.00/hour
- 🏠 private accommodation (costs confirmed per placement) in Roosendaal

🔧 Your responsibilities
- Inside the locomotives:
- Strip and completely refit cabins of 20+ year-old locomotives
- Replace panels, wiring, switches, and handles
- Install sensors and modern traceability systems
- Work from technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and documentation
- Outside the locomotives:
- Install wiring, antennas, and smart sensors
- Upgrade train systems to modern safety and technology standards
👷 Requirements
- MBO diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a similar field
- Minimum 5 years of electrical and/or mechanical installation experience
- Ability to read technical drawings and diagrams
- Experience in rail, transport, or similar industries is a strong advantage
- Comfortable working in confined/tight spaces
- Ship electrician or utility-sector experience is a plus
- Mechanical skills are an advantage
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Team player with a professional attitude
- 🇬🇧 English level: minimum B1 / intermediate
