Load and unload containers manually in two-person teams at changing warehouse assignments across the Netherlands. Complete each load on time, follow site safety rules and move between projects when necessary. Free car transport to the allocated workplace is provided each morning. Loads can involve heavy packages, with weights varying by project.
Requirements
At least six months of physically demanding work experience is mandatory. Applicants need an English CV, B1 English or Polish, and the ability to perform manual handling throughout an eight-hour day, including lifts up to 25 kg. Flexibility with sites, hours and overtime is required, alongside teamwork and willingness to stay at least six months.
Employment terms
The initial contract lasts six months and may be extended. Pay is €15.27 gross hourly, with 144 guaranteed hours over four weeks and an advertised €2,200 gross for that period. Wages are paid every four weeks; weekly advances of €75 can be requested and later deducted. Performance bonuses may follow quarterly evaluations.
