Requirements
Previous warehouse or factory team-leading experience is mandatory, together with basic machinery knowledge and B1 English. A home-country criminal-record certificate no older than six months must be supplied before arrival. Applicants must be able to stand for full shifts in a cool facility and accept longer hours during peak periods. Shared rooms and different shifts from a partner must be acceptable.
Employment terms
Base pay starts at €14.99 gross hourly. Weekly hours vary from 32 to 48 according to seasonal demand. The package lists 8.33% holiday allowance, 10.92% reserved holiday hours and arranged accommodation. The role combines practical production assistance with responsibility for keeping the floor team and machinery working efficiently.
