We are looking for an experienced and motivated Housekeeper to join an international hospitality team working in hotels and restaurants across the Netherlands.
This is a long-term, full-time opportunity for professionals who take pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness, organization and guest service.
🧹 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean and maintain hotel rooms and bathrooms to a high standard
- Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
- Ensure rooms are properly cared for and inspected according to standards
- Protect equipment and report any defects or inadequacies
- Report damages, shortages and disturbances to supervisors
- Handle reasonable guest complaints and requests professionally and patiently
- Monitor consumable stock and replace items when necessary
- Follow all health, safety and company procedures
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for guests
✅ REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeper
- CV in English is required
- English: minimum B1 level
- Quick learner with a positive and motivated attitude
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Customer-service oriented
- Professional and courteous when dealing with guests
- Willing to work weekends and holidays
- Comfortable living and working with people of different nationalities
- Available and willing to stay longer in the Netherlands
⏰ WORKING CONDITIONS
- Full-time position
- Approximately 38 hours/week
- Overtime opportunities may be available

💶 SALARY & BENEFITS
- 💰 €17.99 gross/hour
- 📅 Salary paid weekly
- 🎁 18% holiday pay

- 💳 First salary paid at the end of the second working week – Wednesday or Thursday

- Accommodation usually located close to work
- Possible accommodation: hotel room, staff house, apartment or bungalow
