Role and responsibilities
- Our client, a well-known modular house company, is looking for experienced construction workers for its modular house production factory in Fürstenwalde, Germany.
- The factory consists of several departments, each responsible for different stages of modular house production. Depending on your experience, your tasks may include:
- Assembling and installing building modules in the factory
- Installing wooden walls and partitions
- Fitting windows and doors
- Mounting and finishing roofs
- Carrying out interior finishing work
- As you can see, there are many different opportunities for experienced construction workers with various backgrounds.
- This project is also a great option if you live close to the German-Polish border and would like to travel home on weekends. Fürstenwalde is only around 35–40 km from Frankfurt (Oder) and the Polish border, making it easy to travel back to Poland every weekend.
Workplace
Our client is a well-known Dutch company that produces modular homes in the Netherlands and operates multiple locations across the country, as well as a production facility in Germany. You will work in a modern, safe, and well-organized production environment, using automated machinery and efficient production processes. The factory is equipped with modern tools and technology, making the work structured, practical, and comfortable.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience on a building site or in a similar multi-skilled construction role
- Ability to communicate in English or German
- Own car is required

Working hours
- 40–60 hours per week; base pay quoted for 40 hours. Extra hours may be available.
