- At the recruitment partner, we are proud to offer stable, long-term opportunities — many of our employees have been with us for years. Now we are expanding our team and looking for motivated assemblers to work with aluminium window frames.
- Your tasks will include reading and interpreting technical drawings, accurately cutting and preparing aluminium profiles, and assembling them into high-quality frames. You will also fit glass, seals, and hardware, making sure every finished product meets professional standards.
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work, values teamwork, and wants to develop a reliable career in a well-established company.
Workplace
Our client is a respected company in the Netherlands, specialised in producing aluminium windows of the highest quality. They combine years of expertise with modern production methods to deliver strong, precise, and durable products. Their aluminium frames are widely used in residential housing, commercial buildings, and modular construction projects throughout the country.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Aluminum window frame production
- Language skills in English or Dutch
- Having a driver's license and a car is preferred but not required
Employment terms and benefits
- Salary: €2800 - €3000 gross per month
- Contract: Official Dutch contract with all legal benefits

Working hours
- 40–50 hours per week.
